Question Modèle Arpège-EU was created by ourasi
Bonjour,

Hi everyone,
I emailed David at Skiron/Xygrib to share the issues noted in regards to both Arpège models: Global & EU.
We all do have our preferences & habits, so for the Arpège folks FYI below is David's reply.
Cheers.

David's reply:
Hi Bertrand,
All is well, and thank you for asking. I hope you are enjoying safe and happy sailing.
Regarding your questions
1. The global Arpege model was updated to 0.25 degree resolution and the output data set reflected this change as of February 2024. The file name given by the grib server still indicates 'arpege_p50', as this is hard-wired in XyGrib, and as no update is anticipated in the near future, the 'p_50' will remain.
2. The 3-day Grib files, in spite of the requests for 4 days, are a bug in the Grib server. It is on the list to fix.
3. The PRMSL should be included for Arpege EU. The bug is in the Grib server pre-processor. It is on the list to fix.
It will take a while, but I'll get to fixing the issue.
Best regards,
David
